The Urgent Nudge utilizes Push Health, a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform that connects you directly with your clinician for same-day or next-day care. It’s simple, safe, and convenient—wherever you are.

What We Can Help With (Typical Same-Day Care)

  • Upper respiratory symptoms (cold, sinus, sore throat*)
  • Ear discomfort (earache, swimmer’s ear*)
  • Eye irritation (pink eye / conjunctivitis*)
  • Urinary tract symptoms*
  • Skin rashes, minor dermatitis, mild acne flares
  • GI upset (nausea, simple reflux guidance, mild diarrhea)
  • Allergies & mild asthma med refills (if appropriate)
  • Medication refills (non-controlled, if clinically appropriate)

*Antibiotics are prescribed only when clinically indicated. Testing or in-person evaluation may be recommended.

What’s Not Covered

  • Emergencies (chest pain, severe shortness of breath, stroke symptoms, severe injury)
  • Controlled substances or DEA-scheduled medications
  • Severe infections, high-risk complications, or conditions requiring in-person exams/testing
  • Forms requiring physical exam (e.g., certain work/sports clearances)
